[Hiring] Hardware (Circuit) Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the high-level and detailed hardware design of products; independently manage product development based on customer requirements.

2. Conduct competitive product analysis and benchmarking.

3. Perform PCB design and optimization for projects.

4. Be responsible for board-level component selection and BOM cost reduction, ensuring product reliability and cost targets are met.

5. Develop product test plans and guide test engineers through EVT (Engineering Validation Test) and DVT (Design Validation Test) phases.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during product development and mass production.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Familiar with low-power switching power supply topologies (e.g., Half-Bridge, Flyback, Forward, Quasi-Resonant Flyback). Experience in developing products like inverters, switching power supplies, or electric drives is a strong plus.

2. Experience in gate drive circuit design. Knowledge of desaturation protection, active clamping, and active turn-off functions is highly advantageous.

3. Solid understanding and application experience with power semiconductor devices such as IGBTs, SiC MOSFETs, and GaN HEMTs.

4. Proficient in relevant electronic design standards and specifications.
