Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales and promotion of company energy storage project equipment.
Contact potential clients in the target market, introduce company products, understand customer needs, and develop tailored solutions (with support from the technical team).
Follow up on sales leads and achieve departmental sales targets according to the marketing plan.
Explore new markets, develop new clients, and expand product sales coverage.
Conduct market research, gather intelligence, and analyze competitor activities.
Plan and execute sales activities to accomplish sales tasks.
Manage and maintain customer relationships, fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
Qualifications / Requirements:
College degree or above in Power Electronics, related STEM fields, Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a relevant discipline.
1-2 years of relevant work experience. Prior customer resources in marine spare parts, new energy, or marine equipment manufacturing are highly preferred.
Quick-thinking, excellent verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and an approachable demeanor.
Basic market analysis and judgment capabilities, coupled with a strong customer service orientation.
Passionate about sales, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Team player with a strong desire to take on challenges.
