Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales and promotion of company products.
Develop collaboration proposals and drive the conversion of project opportunities into sales orders.
Conduct market research, gather intelligence, and analyze competitor activities.
Lead sales negotiations, review sales contracts/agreements, and coordinate with other departments to mitigate contractual risks.
Track shipments and manage orders, following through on the entire project cycle from order placement and payment collection to after-sales support until project closure.
Manage customer relationship planning, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications / Requirements:
College degree or above in Power Electronics, related STEM fields, Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a relevant discipline.
1-2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in selling industrial products, equipment, power electronic components, or auxiliary materials is highly preferred.
Quick-thinking, excellent verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and an approachable demeanor.
Basic market analysis and judgment capabilities, coupled with a strong customer service orientation.
Passionate about sales, responsible, able to work effectively under pressure, and willing to undertake occasional business trips.
Team player with a strong desire to take on challenges.
